The "BF (Bodyficiency) Signature program" takes you from beginner or intermediate to advanced. In this 12+ week program, you will work one-on-one with a wellness coach whose mission is to ensure you smash your wellness goals. Buckle up! This program is a crash course in self-discovery, reinvention, and total body transformation. Be ready to change your life from the inside out.

Didn't get enough of BF Sig? You're in luck! "BF Advanced" is for those who have finished the BF Signature program and are ready to reshape their body, have a deeper understanding of the right nutrition for their goals, are training for a specific goal (i.e. competition or a marathon), and are ready for an overall more advanced type of training. This is perfect for an advanced or seasoned fitness lover with a specific goal in mind.

A clever combination of the Elimination diet and detox, this program resets your gut, helps you identify foods your body is sensitive to, and supports the cleansing of the kidneys and liver. This program leads with whole foods as a remedy to your gut woes and contains a special workout program to help you move, inside and out. This is great for someone who needs to heal their gut, regulate their eating habits, and incorporate whole foods.

"Mindset Reset" is a mini-course that helps you reshape your mind as it relates to health and wellness. It is ideal for someone who needs to develop thier fitness vision or someone who needs to get back on track after a plateau or after falling off a plan. The goal of this program is the reset and retrain your mind to propel you toward your individual wellness goals (whether it be mind, body, or spirit).

"Fit Nutrish" is your ultimate guide to eating for your goals. This program helps you understand how to apply the concept of "food for fuel" and promotes nutritional balance, as well as a better relationship with food. This program is for those who are training for a specific event, those who need to develop better eating habits, or those who want to learn more about how what we eat affects our bodies.

"Fit for Life" is riddled with advice, tips, and strategies for keeping the weight off without counting calories forever, incorporating your favorite foods (sans guilt), and learning how to implement best practices for maintaining your overall health and wellness.
