On your wellness journey, I want to remind you that you are amazing, wonderful, and beautiful. We as women have had to deal with so many social pressures to look, feel, or be a certain way and that stops now! There is no shame on you for wanting to be who you are. Keep shining sis. A wellness journey lasts a lifetime and there is no room for living up to other people's standards. I've tried it, and trust me it's exhausting. In my attempt to live up to other people's expectations or standards, I've found that I was unhappy, wasted a lot of time, and still didn't "look the part."
