I understand that feeling because I lived it for years. I spent so much time trying to “fix” my body — measuring food, overanalyzing workouts, obsessing over results. I believed that if I could just perfect the outside, peace would follow. But perfection never brought peace. It only kept me tired, anxious, and disconnected from myself.
My real transformation began when I stopped trying to control my body and started listening to it. I realized my struggles weren’t really about food or fitness — they were about relationship: the one I had with myself, with my thoughts, and with the expectations I inherited from a world that profits off women feeling broken.
Once I began doing the inner work — understanding my biology, my hormones, and my nervous system — everything changed. I didn’t need to push harder. I needed to flow differently. That’s where my healing began… and where Bodyficiency was born.
I made it my life’s work to understand health as more than routines — as rhythm. Along the way, I earned a Masters in Health and Wellness Counseling, and certifications in Women’s Health & Fitness Training, Behavioral Change, Life Coaching, Personal Training, and Fitness Nutrition. I’m also completing advanced training in Women’s Hormone and Herbal Medicine, blending modern science with ancient wisdom.
That education shaped my approach, but experience shaped my empathy. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your own body. I know how exhausting it is to want better but not know how to get there without losing yourself in the process. So I created The Bodyficiency™ Method — a science-backed, soul-centered system that helps women build healthy habits, regulate stress and hormones, and find flow again.
At Bodyficiency, we believe in balance — not burnout. We treat health as a habit, not a punishment. And we see your body not as a project to fix, but as a home to care for.
