This week is about remembering the woman you are. You’ll learn how to rebuild trust with your body, honor your emotions, and strengthen your self-talk.


Week 4: Rebuild — Designing the Life That Fits Your Flow
You’ll bring everything together — creating systems, rituals, and routines that align with your real life. You’ll leave with your personalized Flow Map — your guide for living in rhythm.
