Through guided exploration of movement, nourishment, mindset, and habit building, you’ll begin to develop a lifestyle that supports your energy rather than drains it.

Instead of constantly starting over, you’ll learn how to build consistency in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

The Rise

The Rise is the final phase of the Bodyficiency Evolution — a five-day immersive retreat designed to honor the transformation that has taken place.

After rebuilding your foundation and learning to live in rhythm with your body, The Rise invites you to pause, reflect, and celebrate the life you’re creating.

Women gather in a beautiful natural setting to reconnect with themselves and with one another through reflection, movement, conversation, and ceremony.

It’s a moment of renewal, sisterhood, and vision.
