I have been an avid juicer and smoothie drinker for quite some time and I must be honest it is the reason for my glowing skin and flawless cell turnover.

I really wanted to share this easy recipe with you for a yummy beauty drink that is loaded with vitamins like vitamin A, B, C and K as well as minerals like folate, calcium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium, as well as resveratrol.


All of this yummy goodness helps keep your body functioning properly and have done wonders for my skin. Well, this and lots of water. Don't forget your water! Try the recipe below and see for yourself!

Ingredients:

5 Persian cucumbers

6 celery stalks

5 carrots

2 knobs of ginger

1 bunch of kale (5 or 6 leaves & stem)

1 cup of grapes

1 cup of pineapple


Prep:

Juice the cucumbers, celery, carrots, ginger, and kale. Blend the grapes and pineapple. Combine and enjoy!


* Yield: a little over 2 servings.


** I use organic products which I highly recommend when it comes to this juice especially.
