Who is the Woman You have always wanted to be?

Do you give yourself a chance to be the woman you have always wanted to be or not.

I myself used to struggle with this question over and over, day in and day out. I am not going to pretend that this was an easy question to answer (even though it may seem like it).  I am not going to pretend that the journey wasn't rough because for me it was. 

​

But guess what?

​

It was also worth it. 

​

Every tear, every late night, and early morning was worth becoming the woman I am today. And it all started with a decision to accept and embark on the journey to become the woman I had always envisioned myself to be.

​

So let's start now! take some time and think about or even journal about the woman you see yourself to be in the future.

What is the Inner Goddess Program?

This program is more than a course and more than a personal training session. It is a way to uncover the deepest parts of who you truly are and confront those things that have been programmed into your psyche.

​

In short, out with the old and in with the real.

​

All of the things we hear in our heads that tell us we are not good enough are really not us. Some call that voice "the inner critic" some call it "ego." I call mine, Minny (because she is never thinking big enough for my vision). Whatever you call that voice, it's important to know that this voice is not your true self. It is there to keep you safe in your little bubble. It's fear-based. The real you, the true self, or as I like to call "the inner goddess" knows no bounds and operates from a place of love, not fear. That is the self we are calling on and uncovering in this program. That's the self that envisions that woman you have always wanted to be!

In this program, we build a foundation around our truest selves by:

*figuring out and truly starting where you are during a call with me

* building a solid foundation of self-worth, self-love, and understanding of self

* disrupting and eliminating the hurtful and hateful thoughts and beliefs that sabotage our efforts

* learn about what wellness really means and how that applies to our individual selves

* unlearn dieting and restrictive habits that kept us in bondage

* develop trust in our body's signaling systems and learn how to manage it daily

* learn how to properly workout and engage the correct muscle groups for an effective workout

* learn more about nutrition and what is important for a healthy body and mind

* practice muscle/body recovery and mindset training 

* do the workouts that actually help sculpt a woman's body

* MASTER your MIND, BODY, and SOUL

Note: many clients have gained even more than this throughout the program and have applied it to other areas of their lives and YOU can do it too.

How is the Inner Goddess Transformation different?

We do wellness on your terms. This is not your typical fitness program. I am not handing you a bunch of workouts or giving you a motivational speech and then sending you on your way. I am here with you to help you through even the toughest parts of this journey because this is about getting to the root of you as a person and building from there.

Without a foundation, everything else is shakey.

​

Without getting to the underlying theme behind your wellness journey (i.e. what you have been believing about yourself and your abilities), we can't really create a transformation. 

​

You aren't just transforming your body. You are transforming your life. Period.

Why should you listen to or work with me?

I understand that this is a serious question and I am going to give you a serious answer. I can't possibly stress how important it is to work with someone who resonates with you. One thing I would hate is for you to end up working with me and find out later that we aren't speaking the same language (figuratively speaking) or on the same page when it comes to your health and wellness journey. 

​

I want you to know this about me. I will push you within reason. I will never ask you to do something I wouldn't or haven't done myself. I will always respect your autonomy and the expert knowledge you have about yourself. Once I get to know more about you and your goals, we will work together drawing from your expertise on yourself and my years of work in science, personal training, behavioral change, and fitness nutrition background, to create a wellness plan that works for you, individually.

After that, we are off to the races and you can count on having support and input from me as well as others who are going through the same kind of journey you are. 

​

I say all of this to explain that I am here to help and guide but you have to put in the work. If I am not your cup of tea then that is quite all right because ultimately, I want you to find your bliss. But, If I am speaking your language then let's go!
